Last week, UNRWA celebrated the graduation of 438 local municipality and village council members from a multi-faceted training program that provided them with the knowledge to build capacity and maximize their ability to make use of UNRWA’s Job Creation Programme (JCP) services and resources.


Second-grader Osama receives math prize in Jordan

Seven-year-old Osama, a second-grader at an UNRWA school in Jordan has been awarded the first prize at the individual level for first to fourth-graders in a math competition in the Zarqa area, Jordan. The competition was open to public, private and UNRWA schools.
